DSTV INTERNET 50GB

I requested a call back from DSTV Agent and they called me back on the around the 24 of September 2022 I am not sure of the correct date but i am now paying for the 3rd month and this lady sold a DSTV internet of 50GB Compact + a free 20GB for the first month but since then I am only receiving 25GB of Data and paying for 50GB. Why is multichoice selling us wrong information and don't deliver. I need this fixed ASAP. My contact is *** my smartcard number: *** and she also promise that the router will be coming with the external antennas because my signal is bad. The thing is I forgot the name of that agent
