Dstv Internet

Must say I am really dissapointed on Dstv. We added a Dstv internet router on our package in Aigust and it worked for 4 days and it never worked again, we paid for September and we never used it, and we paid for October it is still not working. I must say, their live chat and call center has the most useless staff ever, the service is ridiculous, countless timea their live chat failed to resolve this, took the router to the Dstv container in Colesberg and they said it was fine, when i got home still it was not working, a call center rep called me, and told me a whole lot of **** and said that there was an issue with the sim i received and promised to call me back after 5 min and never did again and that was a week ago. Now i try to get assistance from the live chat on WA they tell me that I will need to pay R1k and another R180 if i want to cancel, bull...this is the reference i got from these people ***3 and they said the turnaround time to resolve my query was 24 hours, more than 72 hours has passed still i have not been assisted. I did mention to the gentleman that called me that we are not using the *** and he should rather use ***
