Dstv internet

Received my router and sim card on 1 April 2026. Since then i connected for hour or so and then received sms to say sim card is locked time after time. I have been calling dstv every day sometimes twice a day but till today they will only get back to me. I am a new customer and this service is unacceptable as I am paying for a service I do not get. COULD SOMEONE JUST HELP ME TO GET NEW ROUTER OR SIM CARD
