DSTV Insure!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My parents are still paying for DSTV service, every other month someone calls to offer my dad a new product.

The last time they spoke to him, he listened to whatever they said, my dad asked for them to send an email but this person sent policy documents instead.

When we call to find out they say they will listen to the recording to check if my dad agreed.

Then we receive documents to cancel which is great.

My issue is that this is not the first time things are *****ed up on my dads package.

More needs to be done, someone needs to call my dad to apologies and I would like to receive a recording of the call that apparently my dad agreed to a funeral policy.
