Dstv insurances complain and refund request

Hi im a dstv account holder, i have been paying huge amount of money due to insurances of decoders i dont have or use. My compact account is R447. O7. But i pay R746. 05 which is made of those standard insurances that i dont know. I need my refund for all those standard insurance that i didnt agree on. Thank you EF kodisang
