Dstv insurance - waste of money

I was convinced by a consultant that called me to upgrade from decoder cover to the one that also covers installations in January 2025

In March 2025 the satellite at home broke. I logged a claim on 1 April but until now we are still not assisted.

From March I am paying for nothing.

I have been doing follow up and get the promise that I will get positive response in 48 hours which has become 3 months.

I regret taking the insurance because it's seems useless to me.
