DSTV Insurance: VERY DISAPPOINTING showing no interest to assist with their own mistake!

I was contacted by DTSV Insurance around a Device protection Plan and was quoted R129 per month however they have deducted 12 month's worth of premiums in one shot which has now put me on the back foot and I have called the Call center 6 times and have held on for close to an hour collectively as the call continuously cuts. When they were selling the policy communication was open now that they have 1 year's worth of premiums which is contradicts the product offering and schedule, one cannot get hold of them. As a premium customer of theirs for 12 years this is VERY DISSAPPOINTING!
