DStv insurance upgrade in a ****

It is 2 weekend waiting for dSTV insurance to send the installers to replace the decorders. They say it takes up to 7 days and we are on 2 weeks with no DStv. Monday they debited premium with no service. No one knows how they can help. Retention lady says I can can the service. All consultants are arrogant and don’t care of their customers.
