DSTV INSURANCE - TERRIBLE INCLUDING THEIR COMPLAINTS SECTION

DSTV Insurance is a ****. They have not sent an installer to my house to date since they promised from the 4TH of August 2026 to date. Yesterday I phoned and emailed. On the email they said they don't have an installer around my area (Johannesburg) and promised to appoint one urgently. Around 15hrs today I telephonically made a follow up. No commitment was made except to say they will follow up. When requesting information about escalation no information could be provided because the matter has been with their complaints division since the 4TH of August 2026. Mind you, I am their platinum insurance subscriber. Can they just send an installer as promised on the 4Th of August 2026
