DStv Insurance ****
Multichoice disconnected me this month after I had paid my subscription well on time. Upon inquiring why I was disconnected, I was told that I had not paid for my decoder insurance for 2 months, so the subscription money was taken for insurance. I told the lady that I was speak to that I have never taken insurance and she said according to their records I did take insurance last year. what a joke!!!! So she promised to go back to look for the recording and to call me with the feedback in 48 hours. It has been a whole week waiting for that call. Had I not paid the reconnection fee and the money that I "supposedly owe", I would have been disconnected for a whole week while I wait for multichoice insurance to sort out this mess. Can someone do their job and provide me with the non-existence recording of me giving consent for insurance, failing which, can I be compensated for the ******* insurance that I has been attached to my name and the reconnection fee that I had to pay as a result.

Best regards,
I got call from one of your staff members and he sorted the issue in question with ease. He confirmed that upon listening to the call it was clear that I did not take the decoder insurance, he apologised, reversed the disconnection fee and the insurance money that has been taken from me, dating back to last year. Thank you so much for assisting.
