Dstv insurance is useless

I'm so disappointed with Dstv. I thought I was making my life easy by taking an insurance with them for my decoder but I honestly feel like they are doing me a favor. I've been waiting for more than the 3-5 working days so patiently but what now annoys me is how they keep changing the reason of me not getting my decoder on time. I wish they knew how much of an inconvenience this is. 9 full days and still no delivery and no possible turn around time.
