Dstv insurance is a ****

I have paid my Dstv to day now it's blocked due to the **** insurance company from Dstv now they have are requesting me to pay extra money for them to open my Dstv i don't like this i did not even agree on the insurance why are they forcing people to pay extra money in times like this i work hard for that money please
