Multichoice is no longer taking its clients serious, last year ive lost 2 of my decoders up to this day I've never missed paying them insurance for the decoders i have lost. Since last year may i have never received my decoders and they are no updates from dstv south Africa. Why did they introduce the decoders insurance if they know that they wont be able to assist us when we have lost the device and if they are able to do it with a simple thing like a decoder do you people think that they will honour there promise on funeral insurance payment. People before taking any insurance with multichoice make sure of you have altinatives. They should go back to giving us sh*****ty shows and repeats because thats the only thing that they are good at an live the insuring business to pros.
