DSTV INSURANCE FALSE ADVERTISING

DSTV Insurance increase and they have false advertising on their website/app as it says if claim free for 36 months you get a decoder, but to date no decoder received. Called call Centre today and consultant could not assist. Call dropped and she dis not call back, now they expect me to waste more money and time??!! I request someone who has product knowledge to contact me and provide feedback urgently.
