Dstv insurance disappointment.
DSTV Insurance I s a ripoff. I've inquired at Maponya mall walk-in centre, to replace my Explora remote x2 and was advised that I cannot claim for remotes as they don't cover it at all. Sorry, I've been paying my insurance for years since inception, never claiming on it.
I was so disappointed and immediately canceled my insurance onall my Decoders.
I am definitely considering to cancel Dstv completely, as I only watch the 403 ENCA ONLY.
Not benefiting anything else and I've now found an alternative to watching enca website, to watch the news with no exta cost at all.
