Dstv Insurance did me dirty!

I am so disappointed with Dstv. I paid the decoder insurance for years. This year when I tried to claim on the 28th January they kept saying they will come to replace the decoder. They never did. I paid all these years for nothing and my decoders are still not working and I still haven't received the decoders. I had to even cancel the insurance. All my money down the drain.
