DStv insurance cancellation

They are the worst. Firstly they are agents are ********** when you call for assistance they automatically put insurances on your accounts without your knowledge. I have been calling them to cancel the insurance every month as l never signed up for it and they send emails to confirm cancellation but at the end of the month it will be back. Am so fed up with DStv they know most rely on their services thus they are ******** people off their hard earned money
