DSTV insurance cancelation

i have a problem with multi choice DSTV insurance my mother is old she is65 years of age they put her on the insurance i called in last month for them to cancel but they did not she can't afford to pay R200 every month she only get social grant i have been calling them to cancel but they don't please assist she is not happy at all
