Dstv insurance **** and being billed without my consent

The dstv insurance people called me and informed me abt their insurance offering and all the benefits of having it.. Both for premium and compact mind you I am subcibed for that R30 deal.. That girl told me it will be at no extra cost to me.. I asked twice and she confirmed they will add that service for me at no extra cost and a valued client.. I said ohk since I am not being charged anything why not.. Tell me why is dstv debiting over R100 from my accounts?? When I checked the cost breakdown it included the insurance charge.. Now I am annoyed because I had to go through the process of canceling this thing and now I am being charged R52 instead of my normal R29..this has inconvenienced me soo much and I am highly annoyed at the people who do tele sales and lie.. Listen to that recording and please refund me the difference because I had paid my dstv account as per our agreement..
