DSTV INSURANCE ****

Dstv authorised insurance in my account without my consent. When I checked my bill there was extra bill added . When i checked why the bill stated i have decoder insurance and other policy . No consultant called me for that . I never consented for any of them . I emailed them no response. I called them no response . I resorted to talking to a live chat consultant Pamela Nooi. I narrated the whole story only for her to tell me dstv would never authorise insurance without me consenting so she imp**** i was lying . I received no help at all. The most alarming thing is how do they authorise without my consent. That is ***** . They must show me my signature . My partner encountered the same issue around july and the consultants are so ******** .
