Dstv Insurance

Am soo disappointed to Dstv i've been paying insurance from 2015 for my decoder till today.now my decoder is dysfunctional called they said i must go to the branch in kempton park to exchange it so i was told to go to another branch in edenvale went there only to find out they can't assist me cause my decoder is old there's no serial number yet there is a smart card and number even on the system it's there but they can't exchange it...

Am ****ed want to cancel my contract or subscription with them....
