Yesterday, a lady by the name of Sanelisiwe Msomi signed me up for a dstv insurance policy after I told her that I cannot afford it and don’t want one, she responded with “ok” and hung up the phone. This morning I was woken up by an sms from dstv insurance thanking me for joining a policy.

I’m very upset! I I had to go pay a fee for them to cancel a policy I said I don’t want!
