dstv insurance

After two years dstv now comes and claims that we owe insurance. get disconnected without warning.. 1. no payment request made 2. what kind of insurance builds up..any insurance with failure to pay doesnt cover you. of which dstv needs to expain what is it that you are covering that is not payed for cover..and for 2 years built up on this insurance..to a debt on an account that is paid for every month..?

lets say if maybe there was insurance agreement., how was dstv connecting us every month without full payment if that was the case that insuranve is paid of our monthly paymemt?
