Dstv Insurance
Try now for a month to get a new decoder from them. Then they said they did send it and the courier could not get hold of us. Never receive a call. Trying to phone them . Hold on for 1 hour and 4min. They said they are going to send ine to R F Technologies in Bloem. Still waiting. Trying to phone hold on for more than an hour. Then there is nothing and you must phone again. Please dont take out insurance from DSTV. The service is pathetic
