DSTV insurance ****
Worst experience and inconvenience ever. I have a decoder insurance and took my faulty decorder to the Mafikeng Agent on the 29 January 2024. Until today they refuse to either swap it or replace it after diagnosing it to be irreparable. I called insurance to claim, they said that their system shows that the agent gave me a new decorder. I got to the agent they say the insurance has not approved my claim. This up and down is my normal life now. I have given up. The dstv insurance is a ****.
