DStv **** installers

Hi. There is a company by the guise of TV Signal Technicians, claiming to be "accredited DStv installers" which I found on Google search. They seemed legit and had a professional establishment. I asked for their services on the 24th of October, that's a few weeks back, to help me with error E48-32. I think I only had a signal for about 4 days and when I reached out to them again for help, they completely ignored me. That's after paying for their service. DStv, you have ****mers posing as installers accredited by yourselves and I need you to expose them as much as I'm trying to. These are their numbers, *** and *** which can be found online. I want the general public to be wary, avoid falling victim and ensure they have done all the necessary checks before going into business with anyone.
