DSTV Installer Part of a ****

This review is a complain about a DSTV installer who I used in 2021. In March this year I asked him to recommend someone to assess/repair my TV. The person he referred came to assess the TV and said he will get a quote for the part which he did the next day and said it will cost R2800 and I proceeded to pay the deposit on the 23rd of March. To date he never came back to fix the TV and I never received the refund. I went back to the installer as this was his referral and he said he will follow up and to this day I never heard back from them. I am suspecting they are cohorts and they **** unsuspecting females of their money. The name of of the DSTV installer is Chad/Jaden and his friend is Emmanuel from Super HD TV Repairs in Kempton Park. I will be opening a case as well.
