Dstv installer

I'm not happy with the dstv installer l, bought my decoder at game stellenbosch and the guy was sent to me by game he claimed his name is Sydney but he was not. after the installation the dstv ddnt have signal he forced me to sign papers and told me my TV is the issue after proving to him that my TV is not an issue. Had to take the decoder back to game which is time consuming and I spend money traveling from my place to game. Explained to them what was the issue and I was given a new one, now the issue is the same guy who claimed to be Sydney was sent to me and his real name is Issac. So for how long must I wait fory installation to be done. I bought my decoder Friday today is 03June Wednesday no installaltion has been done. Dstv you need to do better, are they even verified to install dstv not happy at all
