DSTV Installation did not happen
On the 12th of February 2021 DSTV contacted me offering me a package which included a new Explorer3 and free Installation for 24 months. I accepted the offer and I was told that its going to be a debit order which I agreed to the terms. I was told that the delivery period is 5 to 7 days, I received my pacakage this morning but no installation, please do contact me with regards to when the installation will be done on the new explora decoder or else I am reversing my debit order.
