DSTV installation and products continuous issues

Hi, The problem I had requested assistance with wasn't resolved. After numerous visits to DSTV agent in Scottburgh, they advised to travel +130 KMS to DBN to MultiChoice for my faukty, fairly decoder replacement. Muluchoice replaced the faulty decoder, and asked me questions to determine the problem. It was then discovered theres more problems and main is the installation itself. My problem is, they advised and expect me to go back and forth to the installer to resolve the issue. When there's even a slight wind, DSTV won't play. it displays a message: 'channel not avilable, this may be due to weather or installation.' I'm paying the monthly bill but I barely watch it. And it's been months. I dog know what else to do. The interesting part is that the installer charges for every trip they make to your ouse for regardless if the situation , even if the inatallation isn't right at the start. This shouldn't be as there should be a warrantee on everything and if a technician didn't install correctly, the installer needs to take responsibility and out the issue out. DSTV also mentioned that cable connector to recorder should be strong, tight and sealed frilly which isn't the cas here. I have visited people in the area to dertimine their experience to ith DSTV and many if them stated they experienced numerous problems after having DSTV installed and they were going back and forth to the installer and agent. The agent doesn't attend to our area but the installer. It looks like a dermacation servicing agreement they have. This is frustrating, infuriating. Worse part is, I use DSTV for extra lessons for my child and myself and for entertainment since I dont like going out a lot unless I have somewhere to go. I really need DSTV to be fully functional. Please assist. Oh, it also blinks- plays, stop, flick, plays for a while and stop for a day to days. I am disappointed at MultiChoice for the way they deal with their installers and agents. It seems they dont have service level agreement that guides their vendors. They should have communicated with their vendors on the escalation received and ensured the matter is addressed fully. Rather than expecting me to do the run around and struggling.
