Dstv installation

Friday went to the store in Denlyn Mamelodi bought DSTV HD that includes installation. They gave me the contact details of the person who suppose to install and I called him, he promised he will install Saturday he did not come. I called him the was no answer I send him a WhatsApp just for a reminder. To my surprise he rep**** by saying he has too many appointment for Saturday would not make it he will come on Sunday. Today its Sunday he is not answering my calls Meaning my appointment it's not important and I had to stay home 3 days waiting for him and tomorrow I still have to do the same.
