Dstv Installation

Today I was supposed to get my dish and box installed at 2pm. It's now 4pm and no one has called to install. I have called DSTV twice with 2 hours. Consultant says she can't see a list of installers and can't give me a name. She says they will come tomorrow but can't give me a specific time or name. This is horrific service from Multichoice.
