DSTV *****ING MONEY LIKE A POLITICIAN

Unauthorized debit order loaded onto my account, I checked my bank statement and saw an Unauthorized debit order with M-Choice as reference I called them and they told me they automatically loaded a debit order and package to my account and it was a system error , this is theft, how and why they did it I don't know.
