DSTV *****ing again from customers
It's seems this company is going bankrupt, they now at products on to customer accounts to stay a flout, then ask customers to proof that they didn't request the additional products, where now over 1 hour on the line to cancel there nonsense and try to get a refund. One year left then I can leave one of the forst companies in South Africa. Dstv you wonder why people are leaving you, well if you do this everyday, no wonder. You will be one of these days only a memory in South Africa.

20 Dec 2023, 06:46It's been 4 weeks and no one of DSTV have contacted me, no refund of funds stollen by DSTV. Is this the way DSTV is try to keep their failing company going. I will now contact the South African NCC. The legal root with this company is the only way to go.
