Dstv inflexibility # Black Friday
We have a dstv easi view package which is R 29 pm. Previously we could upgrade & downgrade more than once in the month .with new systems one is now only allowed to upgrade & downgrade once in the month just before your billing date. . Think this is really unfair as majority of us cant afford the premium package to view sports.
Surely dstv can be more accommodating & flexible.
We are after all paying for upgrades & it's more revenue for dstv. # black Friday

Previously I could upgrade say on the 5th of a month,downgrade by the 7th, upgrade again on 15th & downgrade again on 19th and all this had NOTHING to with the payment date. I would just be billed on my payment date for my subscription amount & all the upgrades & downgrades in one or separate amounts!!!
Now if I upgrade say on the 2nd & wanted to downgrade the 5th I CANT & WHY cos my payment date is only the 30th . I am now forced then to take the upgrade package from the 2nd to the 30th and basically pay a full months package instead of from just the 2nd to the 5th.
Absolutely illogical & a ******* .it should have NOTHING to do with my payment date!!!
