DSTV inferiour quality of decoders.

My decoder gave trouble. Visiting DSTV, the agent fetched a replacement only to find it is also faulty. A 2nd decoder was fetched and that one was also faulty. After an hour waisted, a new one out of the box was obtained, this one worked. So much to say for their refurbished units. Previously one could search on their website for programs on which channel and time it will be braodcast but not anymore. There is a search facility on their website, what it is for only they know. it serves me no purpose.
