Dstv inernet

I have a dstv Internet router on which data gets loaded on monthly the 20th of each month. Since the 20th of February to date my data has not been loaded. I have been calling the call centre since Saturday the 24th February for my data loading with no luck. Daily after being incontact with them through their chat on dstv.com enquiring. All the times I have been advised within 3 hours it will be loaded but all of that has been empty promises. No one on their side follows up on my query to see whether everything was successful as I am always being the one encurring costs having to call or see I have data on my phone to be incontact with them for the chats or having to top up the router in order to use their WiFi as I had to top up on a Sunday to use the WiFi even though I have data with them already paid they are not loading. How long do I have to incur in costs contacting them in order for them to assist me with my data.

I have been waiting for hours with no response as no one is coming back to me. In the meantime while waiting for their system issues if you request a top up on dstv. com the bill gets added to your account. Why can't what you requesting for top up not be taken as a minus on what needs to be loaded on your account. There is no turn around time with their system issue, now why must the other agents lie and tell you about 3 hours.
