DSTV INEFFIENCY and *******

Absolutely horrified and frustrated at the pathetic customer service. I collectively made calls that were over 60mins long, each consultant and supervisor were clueless unless they realised the system is over billing me... From Thurs I'm waiting for the reversal and my bill to be correctly adjusted but iv paid what they requested and I'm still not reconnected. This happens almost every month absolutely useless service... I'm still waiting on Marvin Rajopal from Umhlanga and his supervisor, Derek another useless supervisor from Durban and his consultant and Sashen from Mt Edgecombe.... Send my money back if ul don't now what to do. I'm gatvol with ur aqful service! It's been 4 days in waiting!
