DSTV incorrect billing of R3.2K

DSTV incorrectly billed my account R3.2K. I have been calling them more than 20 times now. Every time when I call they say they are escalating the issue to billing, they will activate my account. Every following day after my complain their suspends my account. They are saying the issue happened when they were upgrading their system. It's been 3 weeks of frustration.
