DSTV call centre employees is not competent and all the consultants give customers wrong information. All calls are recorded , yet when you speak to Supervisor for assistance, like I spoke to a Mohamed this morning, and he too, not competent at all, nor helpful.

I have a list of reference numbers with peoples name on various dates that I called, and due to the call centre giving me wrong information, DSTV cuts off my package service.

Fine With Me, best and I trust everyone moves over to Open View, EITHER WAY, DSTV always does repeats.

So much for Customer Care and All calls are recorded, when they dont even utilise this.
