I was offered a promo that stated that if i pay my account on time for 3months, the 4th month will be on dstv. This is my 4th month & a week later they still haven't loaded the promo on my acc, despite so many write ins to the livechat & being asaured i wouldnt be disconnected. Is this how its going to be that i wake up disconnected everday for the rest of the month & i have to be livechatting with agents everyday? Why do you offer this stupid promos if you can't keep your end of the day. I ought to be compensated for these inconviniences. You take customers for granted, multichoice. This is sickening to say the least Can my subscription be loaded & this resolved ASAP, please
