dstv incompetence in account maintenance

Our dstv is disconnected every other day and no one knows how to resolve the issues, instead the charging us for things we do not know. Since 19 January till today every other day the dstv is being disconnected. Octavia from pe call center dropped the call on us and that was very rude of her she should be reprimanded for that foul behaviour
