Dstv incompetence

My services were disconnected 4 times this month including this morning and I keep calling everytime and they keep apologizing and promising to never happen again and it does. I always pay my account every month and on time and I pay R679 and this month someone double charged my account and they said my case was lodged to their finance department and a journal is to be done and obviously they are not doing their job and it's still pending, it's the 4th time I have been cut off . They have the worst service, they are dam in competent, Dstv Sucks and I am dam ****ed off and wish I could cancel the whole damndstv service.
