DSTV incompetence

Tried to switch channels on DSTV now streaming and the app gave an error saying more than one device is streaming. Contacted live chat and there was no favourable outcome, still cannot stream any channels. Phoned into the call centre thereafter and was put on hold for what was supposed to be 30 seconds but was definitely not. Paying for a subscription does not seem like it means anything.
