Dstv incompetence.
I wrote a review last week about my account and nothing has been done about it... All I get from them is excuses, no one wants to own up to their incompetence.

02 Aug 2021, 20:54I paid the amount I know I'm supposed to pay and I later was sent an sms saying the amount that I paid was below what I should have paid. How long does it take for you to attend to people's queries fully? What should one do to be noticed as a paying customer? Other people's accounts have been fixed but mine is still the same... It's sickening how I have to explain the same issue to different people from MultiChoice over and over again and still don't get help.
