3 days, 12 calls, and, 4 promises later, still no joy. E 16-4 error can not be fixed by 12 operators, and 2 supervisors. Promises of "we will call you back", still waiting. There is not enough words in the English dictionary to describe the incompetence of this company, no customer service.
