DSTV incompetant

I paid via the email that dstv sent with the "pay now" link. The money went off my bank account and the "pay now" website kicked me out. I have sent my bank statement showing the funds have been taken from me, yet every day i am getting cut off. Can it take 12 days to get this sorted??????
