DStv in Useless

So this is my 3rd review regarding this matter. After 4 people from Dstv Calling me and promising this and that. But this is all empty promises. I send numerous emails to dstv and NO Response.

This is the only platform i get response from dstv or atleast within 3days.

I got a new dstv, installation team was at my house to install. And since then 48% Signal strenght 26% signal quality WTH i am paying for 90%of the day it says "no signal this can be due to bad weather. While its saying this its 33 degrees outside and not even almost cloud in the air.
