DSTV in it for the money

So, I live in Pretoria West. I called DSTV to refer me to an accredited DSTV installer in and around the area I live in. First, I was given the run around telling me that they're struggling to open an account for me. The installer recommended did a horrible job. Apparently the huge next door neighbour's tree is in the way of the dish which is why I had to pay an additional R380 for a West mount. Since the 18/11/2018 when I had the dish installed, I have never had clear picture quality I keep getting an E48-32 message. Even during the heat wave, with no breeze, lightning or rain. When I explained my situation to DSTV, they advised to have my dish moved. Which is an additional R650. Mind you, I took the premium package, for the kids over the holidays. People please beware!!!! The decor does not record anything in full due to the error.
