Dstv in breach of the Debi check mandate.(legislation)

Dstv pricelock refuses to credit my account as they erroneously debited me 1051 in September and again 1138 in October. These debit order are incorrect. I have written to hello Peter previously, however my plea is ignored as they are not fixing this, instead they inactivate services for days without prior notification. Dstv has breached the Debi check mandate by debiting amounts that we did not agree on and this is against legislation.

I told them countless times that I'm on 2 price lock subscriptions, but they have written to me saying I'm on the normal compact. This company is just a ******* and think they can get away. If this is not resolved, I will head to the consumer ombudsman.
